Who We Are
Royanara Limited is an integrated agribusiness based in Olanbiwoninu, Iwo, Osun State. We operate a full-scale palm kernel processing factory and a livestock farm — two enterprises rooted in the same commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence.
We supply crude palm oil, palm kernel oil, and palm kernel cake to industrial processors, food manufacturers, and commodity traders. Our livestock arm offers premium cows, goats, rams, and sheep to commercial buyers and individuals.
How We Process
Fruit Reception & Sterilisation
Fresh fruit bunches are weighed, inspected, and steam-sterilised to halt enzymatic activity and loosen fruit from bunches.
Threshing & Digestion
Sterilised bunches are threshed to separate fruit, which is then digested to break the oil-bearing cells.
Pressing & Oil Clarification
Oil is mechanically pressed, then clarified and purified to produce crude palm oil meeting export specifications.
Kernel Cracking & Separation
Nuts are cracked, kernels separated from shells, and pressed to yield palm kernel oil and palm kernel cake.
Quality Testing & Dispatch
All outputs are tested for FFA, moisture, and impurity levels before bulk packaging and dispatch to buyers.
What We Produce
Every tonne of fresh fruit bunches yields three saleable commodities. We supply all three directly to B2B buyers with full documentation.
The primary output of mesocarp pressing. Supplied in bulk for refining into cooking oil, margarine, and oleochemical feedstocks.
Cold-pressed from the inner kernel. Used in confectionery, personal care, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The solid residue from kernel pressing. A high-protein animal feed ingredient used by livestock and aquaculture producers.
Livestock Farm
Alongside our palm kernel operations, Royanara Limited rears and sells premium livestock from our farm in Iwo, Osun State. All animals are well-fed, healthy, and available for commercial and individual purchase throughout the year — with peak supply during festive and Eid seasons.
Healthy, well-reared cattle for commercial buyers, abattoirs, and festive purchases. Various sizes available.
Local and crossbred goats, reared on natural feed. Popular for ceremonies, restaurants, and individual buyers.
Premium rams available year-round with peak supply at Eid. Healthy, properly fed, and ready for immediate purchase.
Well-maintained sheep for meat production and breeding. Available for individual and commercial orders with flexible pickup.

Processing Capacity
Our press lines and sterilisation units are configured for continuous operation, accommodating bulk purchase contracts with consistent output schedules.
Quality Control
Every batch is tested for free fatty acid (FFA), moisture, and impurity content before release. Certificates of analysis issued on request.
Storage & Handling
Insulated storage tanks maintain oil quality between processing and dispatch. Loading facilities support tanker trucks and ISO containers.
Supply Chain
We source fresh fruit bunches from contracted growers and smallholder networks, giving us stability in supply and transparency across the chain.
